CNN — The Home select committee investigating the January 6, 2021, insurrection is thinking of prison referrals for at least four people today in addition to previous President Donald Trump, several sources instructed CNN. The panel is weighing criminal referrals for previous White House chief of employees Mark Meadows, correct wing law firm John Eastman, previous Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark and Trump’s previous lawyer Rudy Giuliani, the sources explained.
