CNN  —  A Republican strategist alleges that Matt Schlapp, the influential chairman of the American Conservative Union, groped and fondled his groin as he drove Schlapp again to an Atlanta hotel a number of weeks right before the November midterm election. The strategist, a male in his late thirties who was functioning for the Georgia GOP and Herschel Walker’s Senate marketing campaign at the time, instructed CNN that Schlapp manufactured the undesirable sexual advancements on the journey again from two place bars on Oct 19.
