Four feminine athletes who sought to overturn a Connecticut policy that permits males who identify as woman to contend in girls’ athletic functions have shed their situation in the 2nd Circuit Courtroom of Appeals.  A 3-judge panel of the federal court affirmed a lessen courtroom selection Friday dismissing Soule v.
